1. Information We Collect

We collect details when you register as a member (such as your name and email address) and information you input when creating a memorial (such as birth/passing dates, summaries, biographies, and image files).

2. How We Use Information

We use collected parameters to display the digital memorial pages, process monthly payment plans, print/engrave physical custom QR code plaques, and send system notifications.

3. Payment Security & Data Processors

Payment processing is handled via Stripe using Laravel Cashier. We do not store full credit card numbers on our local databases. All payment parameters are transmitted securely using industry-standard SSL encryption.

4. Profile Privacy Control

Each member has control over memorial page privacy settings. If set to "Public," pages are searchable and accessible. If set to "Private," the page is hidden from indices, and access can optionally be gated using custom passcodes.
